He comes to us with over 11 years of industry experience, with a focus on developing our commercial accounts. He is happily married and father of two wonderful teenagers! He was born and raised in Greece, New York.
Kevin enjoys the challenge of finding the right solution for each and every situation, and prefers going into the field every day and meeting new people!
Josiah is our field Supervisor/Licensed Commercial Applicator. You’ll see him out in the field trapping wildlife, spraying for roaches, or educating our clients on pest life-cycles. Josiah is the father of two amazing boys and he is originally from Geneva, NY. Josiah enjoys educating customers on pests, and views every day as a new adventure! He looks forward to the challenges that come with inspections and commercial properties, and can’t wait to find a personal solution for your pest issue.
27 years old, just married, 3 kids of the age 2, 9, 10 and of course….all girls. My passion for pest control, is being able to learn different things everyday and connecting with our customers, assuring them that we will get the job done. It is a great feeling being able to help people out with any of the issues they come to us with, knowing I can help the situation is just a great feeling. Being part of Lady Bugs All Pest Solutions is being part of a family and a home, knowing I have a team I can depend on for anything. We all work together and we always help one another to figure out any situation. My hobby’s outside of work include my kennel that I own, I show frenchies and exotic micro bullies, and take them to competitions – anything that has to do with dog, I’m in. That’s my passion outside of pest control
With over 14 years of Pest Control experience, Marco has seen it all. Proud father of two, Marco enjoys spending time with his children, devoted to providing them the best lives possible. When he’s not keeping your home safe, you may find Marco at a local music venue.
My name is Wes Frisk. I have a beautiful wife Tatum and 2 beautiful children, Reo and Romy, in my free time, I enjoy coaching my son’s lacrosse team, swimming and traveling with family.

I started in Commercial Sales in 2017. I am proud to now be a member of the Lady Bugs Family! I love spending time with Kade, my 3 boys and being outside.
I also enjoy watching the 49ers,Yankees, and Basketball and hanging out with friends.
I am Brandy, a Customer Service Rep for Lady Bugs and I concentrate primarily with the Residential accounts. Working here is an incredible blessing as we are a true Family ! I love giving back to the community and providing the most excellent service to our community!!
As for me personally I am a blessed mother of two beautiful and amazing daughters! When I am not with them I am an avid Chicago Bears fan and Mets fan!! I love taking pictures of nature as it brings much peace to me! Most importantly I love to make everyone feel loved and happy by spreading my sunshine to others!!
Jake is an avid outdoorsman. If he’s not catching critters at work he’s probably out chasing them in the woods! He is also an amateur taxidermist and a professional hunting guide, taking people hunting in his free time. He is engaged to his high school sweetheart, Sara, has a Corgi named Boone, and a Siamese cat named Nova.
My name is Bailey, I’m from Buffalo, I love watching sports and I’m an avid Bills, Sabres and Yankees fan. I love spending time with my family and my friends, being outside, whether it’s on the water or getting a game of golf in or relaxing with some video games at the end of the day.
My name is Tyler and I am a pest control technician with Lady bugs. I am an avid outdoorsman and music lover who likes to help people which is a major reason that I got into this field of work, besides having been fascinated with insects and biology my entire life.
Originally from Buffalo, NY, he brings over 14 years of customer service experience from working in fine dining, where he developed a strong passion for building relationships and working directly with people.
What attracted Andrew to Ladybugs was the welcoming atmosphere created by the team members and owner Dara, who made him feel like part of the company before he even accepted the position.
Outside of work, Andrew enjoys kayaking, hiking, golfing, gaming, and grew up playing ice hockey and soccer. He looks forward to growing with the company and building lasting relationships with clients and coworkers alike.
